When you browse the site, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project, schedule calls, and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. This may include following up with you by email, phone, WhatsApp, or live chat. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

GoHighLevel: our CRM and communications platform

We use GoHighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), a customer relationship management and marketing automation platform, to store contact and project information you submit, manage our sales pipeline, and communicate with you by email and phone. GoHighLevel also powers the live chat widget on this site and our internal task and follow-up reminders. GoHighLevel processes this data on our behalf, under our instructions and its own security and privacy commitments.

AI-assisted phone calls and voice agents

When you submit an inquiry, a member of our team or an AI-powered voice assistant configured by IMDigitalLabs may call the phone number you provide to follow up, qualify your inquiry, or help schedule a call. These calls may be recorded and, in some cases, transcribed using AI, for quality assurance, training, and to keep an accurate record of your requirements. If you would prefer not to be contacted this way, let us know by email and we will update our records.

Scheduling and live chat

If you book a call using our scheduling tool (Calendly), the information you provide there is also subject to Calendly's own privacy policy. If you use the live chat widget on this site, your messages are received and stored through GoHighLevel so our team can respond and follow up.

Cookies

This site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, live chat, and to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third-party services

We use third-party tools to run this site and our business, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (CRM, communications, AI voice and chat), Calendly (scheduling), and standard hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers. WhatsApp and social messaging

If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, that conversation is also subject to the privacy policy of that platform (Meta) in addition to this one. We use those conversations the same way as other inquiries: to respond to you and, where relevant, to qualify and follow up on your inquiry, including through an AI-assisted conversation.
