Project engagements

Any actual project, its scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed separately in writing (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote or offer on its own.

AI-assisted communications and third-party platforms

By submitting your contact information on this site, you agree that IMDigitalLabs, or an AI-powered voice or chat assistant acting on our behalf, may contact you by phone, email, WhatsApp, or live chat regarding your inquiry. Calls may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes.

This site uses third-party platforms to operate, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (CRM, communications, AI voice and chat) and Calendly (scheduling). Your use of features provided by these platforms, such as booking a call or using the live chat widget, is also subject to that provider's own terms of service. Any additional consent needed for a specific engagement (for example, communication preferences) is captured separately in that engagement's own contract.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this website belong to IMDigitalLabs unless otherwise noted. Deliverables from a paid engagement are governed by the intellectual property terms in that engagement's own agreement.

No warranty

Responses from our live chat or AI voice assistant are provided for convenience and may not always be complete or accurate; they do not replace a formal proposal or agreement.
